The Challenge: A Journey That Never Stops

As our Transition Program grows, so does our need for reliable transportation. We are currently raising $60,000 to fund a new Ford Transit Van. This isn't just a vehicle; it’s a vessel for opportunity. It’s how our students reach the Illinois Assistive Technology Program to learn life skills, or travel to local spots like the Drive-in Theater in Gibson City to practice vital social skills.

Our Transition Program bridges the gap from childhood to adulthood and remains free to every student thanks to grant funding and people like you. Your year-end gift helps maintain the sustainability of programs that change lives, including:

• Transition Club: A dynamic after-school program where students ages 14–22 prepare for adulthood.
• Spring Breakers Program: A skills-focused intensive designed to demystify the adult world.
• School to Work Summer Program: Six weeks of deep skill development and real-world experiences.
