When Can I Begin Therapy?

Where Do We Provide Therapy?

 

Our aim is to make mental health services as accessible as possible with flexible scheduling and service locations. We provide:

  • In-home sessions (Monday through Saturday)
  • In-office visits at our Bartonville center (4128 S. Airport Road)
  • Virtual sessions
  • Hybrid options combining in-person and online care

We provide a range of services designed to meet the needs of children, adults, and families:

  • Individual Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Family Therapy to support caregivers and household dynamics
  • Group Therapy, where you can connect and grow with peers

All of our mental health services are guided by licensed clinicians using person-centered treatment plans based on your unique strengths and challenges.

What Conditions Do We Help With?
 

Our focus is on providing mental health counseling for children, but services are open to anyone, regardless of age, diagnosis, or background. We specialize in supporting individuals facing emotional, developmental, or behavioral challenges, including those with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.

 

Our experienced team offers mental health services to support a wide range of concerns, including:

We’re here to support your family with high-quality, client-centered mental health services. Whether you or your child is struggling with anxiety, navigating life with ADHD, or recovering from trauma, our team is ready to walk alongside you.

 

We provide a variety of therapeutic services, including:

  • Integrated Assessment and Treatment Planning: Our first step is to identify your strengths and challenges to develop a targeted therapy plan.
  • Preventative Diagnosis: For children and teens under 21 who may not yet meet the criteria for a diagnosis but would benefit from short-term care (Medicaid only).
  • Therapeutic Counseling: A safe space where you or your child can talk, learn, and grow through one-on-one or family sessions.
  • Community Support: Helping you build resilience and confidence within your environments.
  • Case Management and Consultation: Coordinated care that includes parents, schools, and other providers to support long-term success.
  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT): Designed for children ages 2 to 8, this therapy strengthens bonds and improves behavior through hands-on parenting strategies.
  • Group Counseling: Small, therapist-led groups where kids & families can build coping skills in a supportive environment.
