Tammy brings a wealth of financial leadership experience across multiple industries, including manufacturing, insurance, and healthcare. Originally from Lewisburg, Tennessee, and raised in Central Illinois, she earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Illinois State University.
Tammy’s career journey includes 17 years in manufacturing, six years in insurance auditing, and 11 years in healthcare finance before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. She joined Lifelong Access in January 2024, drawn by its mission to remove barriers and advocate for those in need.
A dedicated leader with a coaching-based management style, Tammy prioritizes team development and professional fulfillment. She believes in balancing successes with learning from failures and encourages aspiring professionals to focus on growth over perfection. Inspired by her mother’s strong work ethic and empathy, Tammy aims to leave a legacy of kindness, loyalty, and meaningful impact in both her workplace and community.
