Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she began working at a young age, gaining valuable experience in customer service, operations, and disability support while attending Moraine Valley Community College and Illinois State University.
Since joining Lifelong Access in 2010, Becky has advanced through multiple roles, from direct support professional to her current role as COO. Her career progression reflects her dedication to program development, advocacy, and expanding services for individuals in need. She played a key role in shaping the agency’s strategic growth, particularly in supportive living and behavioral health.
Becky attributes her success to strong mentors, resilience in the face of policy challenges, and a deep belief in empowering others.
