Leni is more than a leader. She is a bridge-builder and a relentless advocate for creating opportunities that change lives. She pours her heart into amplifying Lifelong Access’ mission, forging meaningful connections, and ensuring that every individual has the support they need to thrive. A proud graduate of the University of Illinois, Leni’s journey began in the fast-paced world of Major League Baseball, where she worked with the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox. But beyond the bright lights of professional sports, she felt a calling to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. That passion led her to Lifelong Access in 2016.

Since then, Leni has played a transformative role in the organization’s growth, spearheading fundraising efforts and strengthening ties with the community. Rooted in the teamwork and resilience she learned through playing sports throughout her childhood, she leads with collaboration, integrity, and an unwavering belief in the power of human connection. Her greatest source of pride lies in the impact Lifelong Access has made; not just in expanding vital services, but in bringing people together for a cause greater than themselves. Whether through events like ‘A D’Vine Affair’ or the annual golf outing, Leni has helped cultivate a community that uplifts, inspires, and empowers.

Guided by the values instilled in her by her parents (kindness, hard work, and a deep commitment to others), Leni hopes her legacy will be one of compassion and inclusion. She wants every person she encounters to walk away feeling seen, valued, and part of something truly meaningful.
