Jennifer is so much more than our VP of Integrated Care. She is a dedicated caregiver at heart and a steadfast advocate for the dignity of every individual she serves. She pours her energy into ensuring that Lifelong Access provides seamless, compassionate care, forging lifelong bonds with families and ensuring that community barriers are replaced with opportunities. A proud graduate of Illinois State University, Jennifer’s journey was sparked in the arenas of the Special Olympics, where she served as a Unified Partner throughout high school. It was there, through the simple joy of a shared game, that she found her calling to empower people with disabilities; a passion that has guided her career for over 15 years.
Since joining the organization in 2011, Jennifer has played a transformative role in the agency’s evolution, rising from an on-site supervisor to a key leader in integrated care. Rooted in the belief that leadership is about working side-by-side with her team, she leads with humility, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to consistency. Her greatest source of pride lies in the deep, enduring impact Lifelong Access makes on the families it supports; she has reunited long-lost siblings and stood as a constant pillar of support for individuals from their very first day with the agency. Whether navigating the complexities of an aging population or finding creative ways to ensure an individual can attend their local church, Jennifer is a champion for true inclusion.
Guided by the mentors who shaped her early career and a deep-seated desire to help others thrive, Jennifer hopes her legacy will be one of absolute dedication and heart. She wants every person she supports to know that they were given her very best, and she strives to ensure that every individual feels seen, valued, and fully connected to the community they call home.
